SOulFULL Roll Co-Founders Shoot

SOulFULL Roll is the first ever body recovery curriculum, that combines foam rolling, postures, and philosophy while rolling you through a traditional yoga flow styled class. Co-founded by two lovely ladies, Theresa Marie and Shayne Rocha. Visit their website, https://www.soulfull.life/, to learn more about their community and practice.

I had the best time adventuring up the mountain with these two, in the Wrangler, shooting some of their marketing images. Here are some keepers from the day. Beautiful poses ladies. A very fun shoot, full of love, light and laughter!

Yoga // Gorgeous Napa in the Fall

Sometimes the universe lines up and you meet someone you just vibe with right off the bat. That was Amanda Strauss and I when we met up one sunny afternoon in Napa this fall. We found each other online and by the time we wrapped our shoot, we realized we both went to the same college in Santa Barbara, have a love for bohemian fashion, love traveling and are very into yoga. She is radiating with positive energy, I encourage you to take a class with her if you are in Napa. Yoga // Lake Tahoe Fall Leaves

Fall is one of my favorite times to photograph. A while back, yogi Ashley Dien and I explored Lake Tahoe and found some yellow leaves before it snowed! She is wearing Liquido Active Skinny Racer Bra and Active Pattern Leggings in Cancun.
